How To Apply Your Lashes

Using tweezers or your fingers carefully remove lashes from lash tray by the band, never by the lash itself.

Measure the strip lash to the base of your natural lash.

Trim the band from the outer corner of the lash if needed.

Apply your lash glue along the band and allow to get "tacky" (15-20 seconds)

Using your fingers, tweezers, or lash applicator apply lashes to the base of your natural lash line.

Press from the center of the lash and work your way to either corner to allow lashes to lock in place once glue has completely dried.
How To Remove Your Lashes

Using a Q-Tip dab a small amount of an oil-free makeup remover along the lash line to soften the glue.

Holding the lash securely at its band, gently push down on the lashes.

Lashes should slide off with ease.

NEVER tug on the lashes or pull from the lash strands.
Caring For Your Lashes

Upon removal peel off remaining lash glue and discard.

To ensure lashes are kept in pristine condition always store in its orginal packaging.

Do not sleep in lashes as this can alter the natural shape and form of the lashes.

Never soak your lashes or use water on them as this can ruin the natural curl and quality of the mink lashes.

Our preferred method of shipping is USPS.
Orders received by 2pm EST will be shipped the same business day.
Orders received after 2pm will be shipped the next business day.
All shipping times are estimates and exclude holidays and weekends.
An email with tracking information will be automatically sent when your order has been processed and shipped.
Delays due to undeliverable addresses, inclement weather, or mishandling by carrier are not the responsibility of Southern Flair Lashes.

Currently we do not offer expedited or overnight shipping.

EXCHANGES & RETURNS
We are proud to offer a 100% Satisfaction Guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your order, you may return your purchase within 15 days. We will refund the purchase amount, less shipping cost for all unopened, unused merchandise.
Due to the nature of this item we are unable to accept any items that have been opened or used.
In the unlikely event you receive a damaged item, we will gladly replace it.
We must be notified of any damaged merchandise within 48 hours (including Sundays and Holidays) of receipt of your merchandise via email.
We are only authorized to replace your item with the exact style that was damaged, you may not receive a new style as your replacement.
Unless your return is as a result of an error on our part, return shipping is at the expense of the buyer.
Please email info@southernflairlashes within 15 days from receipt of your order. Include your order # and we will send you a Return Merchandise Authorization Form (RMA Form).
